People with Disabilities
Federally Employed Women (FEW) is committed to providing equal opportunity for people with disabilities to participate in FEW-sponsored official functions. FEW recognizes the talent, contributions and enrichment that persons with disabilities can add to a diversity workforce. FEW will honor its commitment to provide equal opportunity for people with disabilities to participate in all FEW official functions. Facilities used for the training program will meet or exceed existing Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements.
Schedule A refers to a special hiring authority that gives Federal agencies an optional, and potentially quicker, way to hire individuals with disabilities. You can apply for jobs using Schedule A, if you are a person with an intellectual disability, a severe physical disability, or a psychiatric disability.
