What You Need to Know

Question: Course Information and Selection
Answer: You will find the training course schedule, paper registration form and full course descriptions at our website (www.few.org). We recommend you fill out the registration form first, regardless of how you register: online, faxing the form to the registration fax number or mailing the form to the address provided. Your registration form must be received by July 7, 2015, or you will have to register on site. Registering on-site will require a legible copy of the registration form and full payment.All courses that have been closed or cancelled will be posted on our website (www.few.org).We recommend that you verify your choices are still open before mailing/faxing your form. On-line registration will give you instant notification of the status of each class and will provide you with an immediate confirmation of your registration.
Question: Register Early and Reserve Your Space
Answer: Early registration is encouraged to reserve your space in the courses you want. Each course has a maximum allowable number of registrants.
Question: FEW Member Rate
Answer: To qualify for the FEW member registration rate, you must be a member in good standing as of June 1, 2017, and your membership number (including any leading zeros) must be on the registration form.
Question: Registration Confirmations
Answer: On-line registrations will receive immediate confirmations. Confirmations for mailed and faxed registrations will be emailed or mailed to you within 7 business days of being processed.
Question: Course Cancellations
Answer: FEW reserves the right to cancel courses that have not met the minimum number of registrants or if the presenter is unable to appear. If this is necessary, FEW will substitute a presenter of equal qualifications or the registrants will be placed in an alternate course.
Question: Payment Information
Answer: Full payment is required with all registrations. We accept checks, money orders, credit cards, and signed/approved Purchase Orders and Government Training Forms. Registrations will not be processed without payment. All registration payments made via a Purchase Order (P.O.) or Training Form must include the following:

  • Registrant’s First and Last Name
  • $100 P.O. Order Processing Fee (itemized on P.O. under authorized training fee)
  • Document Number/P.O. Number/Requisition Number
  • Complete Billing Information (including full contact name, complete billing address, phone and fax number).

Registrations will not be processed if any of the above information is missing from the documents.

Question: Cancellation/Refund Policy
Answer: A $100 cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations received in writing by June 15, 2017. Please submit a copy of your registration confirmation notice. Cancellations/refunds will not be processed for requests received after June 15, 2017. Question: Special Needs
Answer: Every effort will be made to accommodate special needs requests. Please mark the appropriate section on the registration form.
Question: Photography
Answer: FEW utilizes photographs of NTP events and participants in our promotional advertising and the website. By registering for and attending these events, attendees understand that FEW may use their likenesses in the future. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify the photographer on site.
Question: Dress Code
Answer: Dressing professionally, looking relaxed yet neat and pulled together. Some suggestions for women:

  • Reasonable length skirt (not mini-skirt)
  • Capris or full length trousers of a non-denim jean material combined with a top (such as a dress shirt, blouse, polo, or sweater set)
  • Dress with skirt length at the knee or below and dress shoes

Some suggestions for men:

  • Combination of collared shirt (such as dress shirt or polo shirt), trousers (such as khakis) with a belt and dress shoes (such as loafers)
