ABOUT THE PROGRAMS:

Executive Women’s Leadership Program - (GS-14 and above)

The Executive Women’s Leadership Program (EWLP) is designed for experienced executives who have the potential for greater leadership responsibilities. Transform your executive presence, communication skills, and leadership strategies and propel your career forward!  

During the 3-day experience, participants will have the opportunity to network and build community with guest speakers and program alumna.

Program Topics Include:

  • Leading with vision and purpose
  • Building trusted relationships and influential networks
  • Language, voice, and leadership presence
  • Powerful conversations to build trust and ensure accountability and engagement
  • Negotiate with skill and ease
  • The mindfulness of confidence
  • The courage to lead, speak up, and be heard
  • Participants will have the opportunity to network and build community with guest speakers and participating women leaders throughout the three days.

We continue to improve and modify the curriculum by adding modules on critical skills leaders need in the hybrid/remote workplace:

  • Leading remote and hybrid teams
  • Managing up
  • Delegation and accountability for remote teams
  • Creating a career pathway

Tuition Price:

  • Executive Women’s Leadership Program: $3,220/person
  • Mastermind Group: $997/person
  • Executive Women’s Leadership Program
  • + Mastermind Group Bundle: $3,950/person

Professional Development Units:

Upon successfully completing each 3-day course, participants receive 2.4 CEUs and 2.4 CPEs (Field of Study: Business Management and Organization). In accordance with the standards of the National Registry of CPE Sponsors, 50 minutes equals 1 CPE.


Women Leaders on the Rise - (GS-13 and below)

Women Leaders on the Rise gives high-potential emerging women leaders the tools to enable management success while addressing limiting beliefs that often hold them back. This 2-day program is designed explicitly for first-time managers and women who have the aptitude and interest in taking on management roles.

Program Topics Include:

  • Creating a vision for one’s career
  • Building influential relationships & networks
  • Effective communication
  • Executive presence
  • Growth mindset
  • Confidence
  • Resilience

Here are the logistical details:

  • 2022 Fall Dates: Nov. 9-10
  • Venue: Online
  • Tuition Price: $2,950

Target Audience:

  • Employees or supervisors who aspire to positions of greater influence and authority in their organizations
  • Those identified as high-potential talent by their organizations
  • Junior-level managers who lead small teams or have direct reports
  • Entrepreneurs, business owners, and family business professionals preparing for a leadership role
  • Young leaders at non-profits

For women in mid-level and senior executive roles, we offer a different experience called the Executive Women’s Leadership Program (EWLP).

Professional Development Units:

Upon successfully completing each 2-day course, participants receive 1.5 CEUs and 16 CPEs (Field of Study: Business Management and Organization). In accordance with the standards of the National Registry of CPE Sponsors, 50 minutes equals 1 CPE.

NOTE: These programs do not offer academic credits from GW.
