Sandra Ovalle Lopez

Sandra Ovalle Lopez began her career following college as a teacher, for adults, teens and children.  At the end of the fifth year; she applied on a special registry to be considered for work as a Logistician for the U.S. Navy, at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme California.  She spent the next 32.5 years creating a career filled with variety and everything she could have ever imagined or dreamt about.  Her duties and responsibilities included: Chairman for EEO Counsel leading EEO Committees and serving as an EEO-Counselor, for over 25 years.  Sandra has been a strong advocate for women for over 30 years. She is trained as a Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Counselor, Trainer and subject matter expert.  Served as Technical Training Specialist for Navy curriculum development, working directly for Navy instructors at formal Navy schoolhouses. She has 30 years of experience in quality and process improvement, is a certified trainer for Lean Six Sigma and an Expert Green Belt team facilitator and instructor.
