Erska Franklin

Erska Franklin retired after completing 38 years and 9 months of faithful service to the United States Government.  She retired as a Financial Management Analyst in January 2015.

As a member of FEW since 2003, she has held several positions.  She served as Chapter President, Secretary, Fundraiser Chair, Regional Representative and now as Regional Manager.

Erska is married to Phillip R. Franklin Sr. Her family includes two children and one grandson.

Her spare time is spent bowling, taking long walks, and visiting out of town relatives.  She also watches her grandson on a daily basis, taking him to school, picking him up and doing all the things a Grandma does to spoil a grandchild.

Great Lakes Region Training Program will be held Nov. 7 – 8, 2019 in Grove City, OH. The theme is “Empowering Women through Health – Wellness – Finance – Transformation”. Host Chapter is Equalitarian.
