Cynthia Mitchell-Riley

Regional Manager

Cynthia Mitchell-Riley a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She has 39 years of Federal Service with Defense Logistics Agency-Troop Support Philadelphia. In May 2019, she received a Leadership Certificate from Harvard University.  In May 2003, she earned her master’s degree in Business Management, graduating (summa cum laude), Eastern University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Philadelphia University. In May 2018, she received her Level Three Certification-Life Cycle Logistics, Defense Acquisition University.

Cynthia exemplifies professionalism, dedication, and is significantly knowledgeable in her field of expertise which includes her job assignment as Senior Commodity Support Liaison.  She is very active in community service, working with various organizations, to include but not limited to, Federally Employed Women which she joined in 2006.  She serves on the National Board of Directors as the Mid-Atlantic Regional Manager while also serving on the National Strategic Oversight Committee. She fulfilled two terms as Philadelphia Chapter President and 1^st Vice-President.

Cynthia is a Diamond Lifetime member and has the esteemed honor of serving FEW for sixteen years. Married for thirty-nine years with three grown children and five grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, mentoring, spending quality time with grandchildren along with church ministry.
