Working for the Advancement of Women in Government and Helping to Fill a Critical Skills Gap in Federal Agencies. A 501(c )(3) Charitable Foundation of Federally Employed Women

Established in 2004, the FEW Foundation for Education and Training is a 501(c)3 charitable arm of Federally Employed Women (FEW), a national organization founded in 1968 with four focus areas: Diversity, Training, Legislation, and Compliance. The mission of the Foundation is to:

  1. Help women enhance their career opportunities through education and training;
  2. Encourage diversity and equity in the workplace; and
  3. Provide opportunities for professional growth through leadership development, education, mentoring, and networking.

To support this mission, the Foundation established an academic scholarship program for students in the science and technology fields in 2006. We need your help to meet this critical need.

With industry and government competing for individuals with education and technical skills, it is imperative we train the future workforce now! For more information about how you can help, call (202) 898-0994.
