  • Save on Jenny!
We are all about eating well, moving more and living life! Plus we’ve got the science to back it up!

We’ve helped millions of people lose weight….are you next?

    - Decide Where
Get with the program. Or have the program get with you, wherever it works. Jenny has two great options to choose from: At Home or In-Centre. At Home offers convenience and privacy in the comfort of your home with weekly phone consultations. In-Centre offers in-person support and motivation at over 615 locations.

    - Get a Consultant
Your Jenny consultant gives you the skills to lose weight. And the motivation when you've lost that, too. Weekly, personalized one-on-one consultations make Jenny unique. Your consultant will be your partner in lifestyle change—understanding you and your personal viewpoint, and offering skills, strategies and information to enhance your success.

    - Pick a Program
One size does not fit all. Not in pants. Not in programs, either. Pick the program that works with you, not against you. Jenny's programs help you to eat well, move more and live life.

    - Eat Well
Jenny's Cuisine® is delicious food that can adapt to fit your lifestyle. And that includes your sweet tooth. Jenny's daily menus include Jenny's Cuisine® as well as your own food. You'll enjoy three Jenny's Cuisine® meals and one snack every day, while you provide plenty of fresh fruit, vegetables and healthy food options. The ultimate goal is to transition you to planning your own meals with your own food.

    - Move More
Jenny shows you how to find your groove in ways you might not have even thought about. An active lifestyle is a key factor in any weight loss journey. No matter what your current level of activity is, we'll help you create a program that works for you today and that grows as you are ready to take on more.
