Sue Webster - President
Sue is an Admin/Tech Specialist assigned to Mission Support Services Department at the Crane Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center, an activity of the Naval Sea Systems Command. A Diamond Lifetime member, she has been active in FEW, holding Chapter, Regional, and National offices, most recently completing her first term as National President. She received the Barbara Boardman Tennant award for outstanding service (1995) and the State of Indiana Women’s Commission Torchbearer Award (Volunteerism) (2004) for her work for FEW. She holds a Master’s Degree from Indiana University/Purdue University at Indianapolis. She is a native Hoosier hailing from Ellettsville, Indiana.

Arlena Fitch-Gordon - Executive Vice President
Arlena is a Supervisory Security Specialist for Defense Industrial Security Clearance Office, Columbus, Ohio. She is a Diamond Lifetime member who has held Chapter, Regional and National offices since 1985. She served as Vice President for Diversity 2001-2006 and Vice President for Training 2006-2010. She received the 1997 FEW Barbara Boardman Tennant Award; 2006 FEW National Champion of Diversity Award and the 2007 FEW Allie Latimer Award. She attended Ohio State University, Columbus Community State College and is a graduate of the 1993 Leadership Columbus. She is listed among Columbus’ Most Influential in the Who’s Who in Black Columbus 2010 Edition.

Wanda Killingsworth - Vice President Policy and Planning
Wanda has 21 years of federal service and works as a Senior Program Analyst with the Internal Revenue Service. She is a lifetime member and currently a member of the D.C. Charter Chapter, D.C. Metro Region. She has held various positions at the Chapter, Regional and National levels. She received the 2009 Barbara Boardman Tennant Award for outstanding service to FEW and the 2009 National President’s Award.
Wanda resides in Maryland and holds two Masters Degrees, one from the University of Maryland in Computer Science and the other from George Washington University in Project Management.

Clara Anderson - Vice President For Training
A member of Space Coast Chapter since 1978, she began her civil service career in 1965, retiring from NASA in 1997. She is the recipient of a number of prestigious awards for her work in the advancement of women, including the Distinguished Service Award from Space Coast Chapter, Woman of the Year for Kennedy Space Center, Florida, in 1994 and the Barbara Boardman Tenant Award in 2004. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and is a retired Coast Guard Reserve Officer. She and her husband live in Florida, have two children and four grandchildren.

Matthew Fogg - Vice President, Congressional Relations
Matthew was elected as the first male FEW National Vice President for Congressional Relations. He is a Diamond Life member, D.C. Charter Chapter President and retired Chief Deputy U.S. Marshal with 34 years of service, holding a BS in Criminal Justice. Matthew is nationally known after winning a Landmark $4 million civil rights employment verdict against the U.S. Department of Justice. He Co-Chaired a coalition of FEW and other affinity groups that promulgated NOFEAR legislation signed into federal law, May 15, 2002. A former Agency Equal Employment Opportunity Investigator, Matthew represents and wins EEO Commission Decisions for women challenging employment discrimination.

Georgia Thomas - Vice President for Diversity
As FEW’s Diversity Chair, Georgia is concerned about the advancement of women in government, hence her lifetime membership and active involvement in Federally Employed Women. She is immediate past National Scholarship Chair and has held other offices at the local level.
Georgia is Area Manager of Stakeholder Liaison with Southwest Stakeholder Liaison Field Operations (SBSE) in Houston, Texas, which is a Division of the Internal Revenue Service. She also serves on the SBSE Diversity and Equal Employment Opportunity Advisory Committee.
She holds a BBA degree in Marketing from the University of Texas at Austin and is a certified Mediator.

Liz Perry - Vice President, Membership and Chapter Organization
Elizabeth (Liz) Perry received her JD from Howard University School of Law and worked as an attorney for the Defense Logistics Agency until her retirement in January 2010. She joined the Philadelphia Chapter of FEW in 2000. She served in various FEW positions at the National, Regional and Chapter levels prior to being elected Vice President for Membership and Chapter Organization. These positions include IT/Webmaster, Co-Contracts Manager, Awards Chair (National and Regional), Mid-Atlantic Regional Manager, Regional Bylaws Chair and Philadelphia Chapter President and Vice President. She is a Diamond Lifetime member.

Michelle Crockett - Vice President, Compliance
Michelle has 21 years of federal service and currently works as National Program Director for Equal Employment Opportunity and Diversity at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) National Ocean Service. She was a founding member of the Seas and Skies Chapter at NOAA and has held the Chapter positions of President and Special Events Chair, Regional Training Program Chair and FEW 40th Anniversary Gala Co-Chair.
She attended Georgia Southwestern University and received her certification in Equal Employment Opportunities Studies from the School of Industrial and Labor Relations, Cornell University.
She resides in Fort Washington, Maryland, with husband Rock and two sons.

Joan Chopp - Secretary
Joan is a FEW Lifetime member and member of the Nebraska Heartland Chapter. She joined FEW in 1999 and has held Chapter offices, including President and Vice President, Regional offices, including Manager, Representative and Secretary for the Mid-Continent Region. Over the past six years has served on the NTP Planning Committee for Agency Forums, Training, Protocol and Co-Team Lead for Advertising and Marketing for 2009 and 2010 NTPs. She also served as News & Views Editor for four years. She retired from Natural Resources Conservation Service with 34 years of service and enjoys traveling and spending time with family, especially the grandchildren.

Carol D. Jones - Treasurer
Carol D. Jones
I have 32 years of service with the Federal Bureau of Investigation in the Finance Division. I am a lifetime member of Federally Employed Women (FEW) and a member of the Northwest Chapter, D.C. Metro Region. I was Chapter Treasurer for 4 ½ years in addition to being a member of FEW’s Finance Committee for 3 years. I was the National Training Program (NTP) 2010 Finance Chair and served on NTP 2010 and 2011 Committees.

Rhonda Trent - Immediate Past President
Rhonda, a native Oklahoman, has worked for 28 years with the government. She has worked for the Department of Housing and Urban Development, Tinker AFB, Brooks AFB, Joint Strike Fighter, Department of Homeland Security and now with the Department of Treasury as a Contracting Officer. She has been associated with Federally Employed Women since 1989 and was elected National President from July 2006 to July 2008. She received the 2001 Barbara Boardman Tennant Award and the 2002 National President’s Award. She holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Oklahoma. Currently she is a member of the Crossroads Chapter, Virginia.
