Kim Foster, Regional Manager
Kim Foster began her government career in 1978 as a GS-2 Clerk Typist and is now a GS-14 Division Manager at Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division in Port Hueneme, California (CA). She joined Federally Employed Women (FEW) in 2004 as a member-at-large and is now a Diamond Lifetime member of the Southern CA Gold Coast Chapter, where she served as President from 2008-2010. She is the Think Tank Team Lead for FEW’s Strategic Planning Team. Kim’s hobbies are going to Angels games, Disneyland and traveling with her husband Steve, a FEW member, and spending time with her three grandchildren.
